I also work as a movement therapist, practicing and teaching capoeira and latino dance. I use dance as a
way to create synergy between body and mind and to enhance awareness through movements. Our life is in a
constant state of movement: from the earth to the sun to the moon and all of the planets, there is movement.
As humans, we need this freedom of movement to be in alignment–both physically and spiritually–and to experience this feeling of transcendence and connection with universe around us.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa can be defined as the method, process, or mechanism by which we can intelligently move in
yoga or in any area in which we want to achieve specific goals. Flow in practicing vinyasa means
movement, fluidity, continuity, vinyasa flow, is a method of yoga based on Ashtanga, vinyasa yoga,
created by Pattabhi Jois, this method of yoga, approaches as driving body moving (sun salutation),
and include yoga postures within this movement.

Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga, which aims to regain the balance of our body and mental
functioning through the practice of yoga postures, physical exercise, the practice of breathing
exercises, pranayama and the practice of relaxation. and meditation.
This form of yoga is different from other yoga practices, of its specificity to target postural work,
alignment, less muscular and deeper muscles, skeletons, and joints.

Yin yoga
Yin yoga is known for its power to promote the stretching of muscles and nerves such as the sciatic
nerves, spinal column, and flat muscles. Its benefits on the body are multiple: promotes deep sleep,
prevents against stress and relaxes nervous tension.
